Day-1. You should reach on 09-02-24 by 11am at Chandigarh Hotel and local sightseeing will start from 1pm.

Day-2. Annual meeting will be held on 10-02-24 at 9am to 6pm.

Day-3 Check out from Chandigarh Hotel by 9am after breakfast for visit Shimla as on 11-02-24 and stay Night at Shimla hotel.

Day-4, Check out by 9am from Shimla hotel after breakfast towards Chandigarh for return to your home.
